Eminem Gave Elton John A Gift That He Could Have Never Expected

It has been known for quite some time that Elton John has not had an easy life, and the musician has not been shy to talk about the challenges he has faced nor the laughter that came along thanks to friends like Eminem.

In a sit-down with The Guardian newspaper, Elton received many questions from celebrities.

Bob Dylan asked about his song, “Tiny Dancer,” and though the question was more technical, John took the opportunity to insert some jokes in the response.

Not all of his words have been taken positively, though, with some criticizing the singer for the way he handled the question.

At the same time, his fans got to hear some interesting insights about his life, too, which was not a small deal.

John compared writing a song to masturbation, explaining that it was important for the climax to be good, but at the same time, it had to be approached slowly and gradually.

He said: “Writing a song like that’s a bit like having a wank, really. You want the climax to be good, but you don’t want it to be over too quickly – you want to work your way up to it.”

Eminem asked the British musician if and his husband, David Furnish, have ever used the gift he gave them for their 2005 wedding.

The legendary songwriter responded by: “Eminem bought me and David matching c*ck rings when we got married. That was his gift. They sit there, like the crown jewels, in this beautiful box on satin cushions. They’re wonderful to look at. I don’t know if any guests we’ve had have used them. God, I hope not.”

John is currently preparing for the launch of Me, an autobiographic book which will supposedly delve deep into some aspects of the singer’s life, such as his relationship with Freddie Mercury, his venture through the world of drag, and his dedication to Donatella Versace, and his attempts to save her from her drug addiction troubles.

John has also dealt with issues like alcoholism, and the book will likely touch on that aspect of his life as well.

It is not known precisely how much the singer’s fans can expect to find out about his life, though it does sound like it might indeed be a lot.
