Exclusive: Interview with Model and DJ, Kim Lee

When did you first become interested in modeling?

When I was seventeen, I used to go to the book store and look at magazines and wished I was on the covers and years later it all came true.

What was the turning point in your life where you knew you were meant to work in the music industry?

When I started touring and making money from it. It felt right and for the first time I felt confident about something.

Who has been the most influential person throughout your career? In what ways have they helped you?

My Parents. They are everything to me. They are so supportive and are always giving me advice and even told me to dress sexy at my shows! Which is awesome. They know what’s up!

Are you considering, or have tried, any other career outside of modeling and music?

Yes I love acting. In 2011, I was in the Hangover 2 as a dancer and that experience, just being on set, is so much fun.

What is your biggest goal when it comes to modeling? When it comes to music?

To release my own music. I have been focusing on that this year. I have many projects going on but this year is going to be good.

What is it like touring as a duo in KIMKAT?

It’s fun! We always have a good time. We love having a good time so it’s all good vibes.
